Watch: A catch up with the Founders Blitzbokke

At the beginning of February Wesley White (2013F) and Mervano Da Silva (2014F) were offered a trial with the Springbok 7s squad.

Wesley and Mervano represented the Academy side in several friendly games over the past month.

They are joined in the national 7s set up by James Murphy (2013F)

Wesley previously had successful stints in the USA and the UK, representing the US Collegiate 7s side on a few occasions.

All the best going forward.

As one can tell, there is a strong Founders connection in the training set up. We decided to catch up with the 3 Founders ODs in the squad to get an idea of how things are going while also looking back to their time at Bishops.
