OD represents South Africa at the FINA World Aquatics Championship

Liam Neil (2015F) represented the South Africa men’s water-polo team this past month at the FINA World Aquatics Championships in Gwangju, South Korea.

This year’s tournament was the 18th of its kind, with Italy taking home the gold medal for the 4th time in the water-polo section after defeating Spain 10-5.

Congratulations Liam and we commend you for representing the Union, as well as the School, on one of the biggest stages in world sport.

Liam’s team finished 12th overall in the Water-polo section.
