Rest in Peace Hunter Emms

Hunter will be forever remembered by those who knew him for his bravery and warm smile.
Hunter Emms.
Hunter Emms.

It is with deep sadness that we inform our community of the passing of young Hunter Emms, son of Barry Emms, our Assistant House Director of Founders and Head of English. Hunter’s life was taken too soon by cancer, a battle he faced with extraordinary courage and grace despite not yet reaching his tenth year.

His fortitude was an inspiration to our entire community.  Ribbons were tied to the tree outside the home to honour his memory and show support for the family.

All who share in this sorrow, extend their heartfelt condolences to Barry, his wife Shirley, their son Finley, and their broader family during this unimaginably difficult time.

May Hunter’s dear soul rest in peace.

May the angels lead you into paradise, Hunter.
