Bishops presented a fine wine and dining experience which started with a craft gin and a glass of MCC followed by a wine tasting and food pairing masterclass. A 4-course menu, designed by a world-renowned chef and prepared by final year Silwood students under the guidance of Salt Catering. Each delectable course was paired with top local wines sourced from ODs. The evening ended with an auction of a few exclusive items conducted by well-known sports commentator and OD, Matt Pearce which raised R103 000 for the IIOFF.
