What does mentoring mean to you?
First and foremost the Mentor-Mentee is about a relationship, you are building a friendship which is a 2-way street. It is about the long term, it is generally not a short-term once off process. It is about sharing wisdom, ideas, opinions and guidance. It is about helping people take positive steps forward in their business or careers.
