Last Friday we had the pleasure of launching the grade 12 Art Exhibition at The Mitre. Thank you to those who attended. The night started off with patrons meandering between The Mitre and Woodlands, viewing the boys’ extraordinary work.
Peter Hyslop (current art teacher) gave a presentation on the various art works and what they meant to him and the artists. We were then given the pleasure of having
Marilyn Martin speak on the incredible talent that was on show at the exhibition and her appreciation for the first ever Old Diocesan Sophy Gray Art Prize as a tribute to the brilliant artist and architect that Sophy was.
The prizes were then awarded as follows:

The winners received a cash prize for their art work and in return the art work of the first prize winner will remain at The Mitre for future appreciation by ODs.
