David Green (1989,O) has spent a lifetime looking through lenses—first as a young boy adjusting to his first pair of glasses, and later as a designer on a mission to blend nature with everyday life. His journey from spectacle-wearer to eyewear creator began with a simple question: How could he use his craft to make a positive impact on the planet? In 2005, he answered that question by founding David Green Eyewear, a brand inspired by the world he loved and aimed to protect.
Recently, David took his passion for nature and design on the road, setting off on a whirlwind journey across the UK. This trip wasn’t about business pitches or flashy promotions; it was about connecting with people who shared his passion. Along the way, he captured snippets of his travels, weaving them into a video that he shared with us.
Below, you can follow along on David’s journey, feeling the joy and purpose that drive his unique approach to what he does.
