All businesses essentially operate by means of these three primary factors: sales, operations and knowledge, the latter being the businesses offering to the market in the form of what and how.
Processes for getting the appropriate information in order to make a sale, and to implement the service or product delivery usually happen organically at the early stage of a startup. As the business grows and more people join the company, the information and processes need to be developed, formalised and shared, and this gradually develops the company knowledge.
The challenge is that during company growth, priorities are on sales and responding to urgent service delivery issues, often eroding process and efficiency and resulting in disorder (or at times even chaos).
The service that P&BPM offers is to create a live and functional operations manual for any size of business enterprise
